A specialty of Headline Technologies is analog and mixed signal design, and we have extensive experience with fully digital designs.  Our capabilities include designs using discrete transistors, operational amplifiers, filters, A/D and D/A, SSI to VLSI digital logic including PALs, FPGAs and ASICSs.

A hardware development project normally involves creation of prototype devices, and we have extensive capabilities in this regard.  We have a range of experience, from fine pitch surface mount devices , to power semiconductors.  Headline Technologies provides high quality PCB layout and prototyping services for a wide range of needs.

Microcontroller and DSP software

Headline Technologies has a diverse background developing hardware and software for systems using 8051, 8085, 80x86, Z8, Z80, 6805, PIC 16XX microcontrollers, as well as DSPs from Texas Instruments and Analog Devices.  Software development is available in both assembler and C.

Software Capabilities

Headline Technologies has experience creating software applications in assembly, C, and C++ under Windows and Linux environments.  Focus is on technical software with GUI components, particularly when interfaced with hardware devices developed in conjunction with the software.
